Mental Health and
Behavioral Therapy Solutions

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 30 years of experience working with children and adolescents, I have adopted a Systems Theory approach to therapy. In this approach, I work diligently to interact with a system of providers to ensure each patient receives a full circle of care. This includes collaboration with schools, medical personnel, medication providers, parents (for children and teens), and other parts of the individual’s system.

In private practice since March 2020, I continue to work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with trauma, Substance Use Disorder, behavioral challenges (school and home), life transitions, depression, anxiety (including phobia work and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), and ADHD.

I embrace a strong connection to the LGBTQI community and offer an open and affirming practice.

My practice takes a Humanistic and Systems approach to counseling which focuses on the individual’s strengths to solve challenges within themselves and the system in which they live and work. I am trained in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR for children and adults, Mindfulness-based therapy, progressive Muscle Relaxation, and meditation techniques.

Therapy is a team effort. If you are interested in working together to achieve your therapeutic goals, I look forward to hearing from you.
